i think Nobushige Kumakubo of Team Orange is by far the richest drifter in the world,

he got his own Driftland (Ebisu) that got 9 race track complete with a theme park,safari and a hotel!

he also famous for converting 4wd cars into drift machine,mostly imprezza and evo~

this year is a little bit different,im sure all already know,its a 1993 nissan laurel c33

weird~while other D1 drifters like Tezuka,Kunnyz, and Tanaka are getting a newer models,kumakubo is taking a step back...hmmm~anyway here is the picture of his c33 taken from his blog

like all of Kumakubo rides,this laurel is built by Koyama of Jun

im diggin it~but loose the diffuser please..plus 4 door FTW!..

discussing this with Joe40c not long ago,about jzx90 handling..is the stock twin turbo enough to make the car happy tail swing?or u need atleast 400hp?

Luke of Hashiriya Exports quoted that"For anyone that has ever owned a stock turbo JZX you would know these things are not smoke machine which you see all plastered onwer the internet, they are heavy cars and the standard turbos blow ass and have zero power after 5000rpm."

i myself own a jzx but in a different chassis,for all i know x9 is heavier than x8,IMHO power wise for daily usage is more than enough but im not sure during drifting... i know drift track oversea are more bigger so HP is definitely an issue..

maybe my buddy Ben Kunk and Hiro Sumida can help me with this?

White River of Finland..

u might remember this car when it was put on sale by Powervehicle.com sometimes ago,orginally belong to team White River members..a famous jzx81 group in Japan..If Bonbon ex-chaser landed in Ireland, this car arrived in Finland..damn i envy the Europian,they can easily buy a car from J-land without the hassle, a.p shit and all hahaha....

arriving in Finland,the mark II is now owned by Kimmo Saike (dont ask why he's name is like japanese people) a drifter who previous ride is a skyline R32..

kimmo changed its colour to pearl pink...guess like who? (i think thats kimmo in the red suit)

one things remain unchanges are its nature..sideways with alot of smoke!!deng it really look like Tezuka legendary pinky back in the early days

first stage of guidence

every car enthusiast must have a bench mark of what they wanna their car to be and look like...here is what i have in mind for my markER...for stage one before the body kit and paint...btw this car last time was on sale at www.powervehicles.com


a nice of 17inch wheels,roll fender,slammed,front mount intercooler,and most important is the r32 gtr lips (Farking expensive,the lips cost almost rm200)

rear is mostly stock,

engine bay,1 jz with single turbo,and alot of aftermarket parts hehe

complete set of gauge and meter,rollcage,r32 handbrake (i think?) and red and black checkerboard carpet (this carpet also cost the bomb..almost rm3++ at auction japan)

full bucket on the driver side and semi for the passenger

hopefully i can get it done like on the pic hehe
