im all about movie this weekend

i download this Korean movie, 71 Into The Fire its based on a true story set in 1950,where the war started when North Korea try to invade South Korea, and 71 school student have been called to protect their land from North Korea. hands down to the superb effect during the combat scene,feel like im watching an American movies.

then i went to the cinema yesterday,my main focus was Fast 5,since the show only start at 11.40pm,and i have plenty of time so i decided to watch Thor first.

Just like Hulk and Iron Man,this movie is a part of the upcoming Marvel Comics Avengers movie.

The movies tell a story of Thor,the god of thunder and how he was banished to earth by his father, Odin. he later meet up with a scientist "Jane Foster" that help him to get his power back and return to where he belong.Oh Natalie Portman! hehe

btw next on the line is Captain America : The First Avengers

yeah,Brian and Dominic Toretto is back,with the bunch of cast from the previous movies.

this time around the crew reunited as their trying to rob from the biggest drug king in Brazil.

by far this the best Fast n Furious ever! not focusing much on cars but be sure to look out on some interesting car like the Prince Kpgc10,Lexus LFA and the R35 Skyline.

towards the end of the movies,there is an extra scene,a possible FnF 6 maybe?

dead weekend~

the gang are away on holiday at Bali~

really wish i can join but im too busy with work and kinda short on green~huhu

killing the time by watching another movie just now~really funny but something is missing in this adam sandler movie~hmmm no rob schneider!

oh well~gonna watch more movies at home..

yesterday class was cancelled,so i went to times square to watch Sucker Punch.

*the plot - (warning spoiler content alert)

seriously i was blown a way with the CG,its so cool!kinda remind me of The Matrix~

the part where Baby Doll is fighting the giant samurai is my favorite..

the director sure know how to pick the cast..i like amber (Jamie Chung) hehe

a part of from an interesting plot,Matrix style fight scene,awesome computer graphic and hot chicks

this movie also have a bitching soundtrack! and yes Emily Browning can sing~

i give the movie 4 out of 5!

go watch it if u haven't..it sure worth my time and Rm 12..lol

KL Drift 2 : Review by "Skabe"

im too lazy to write so i decided to just copy someone else writing..his name is Skabe from DCM forum..why his point of view? becoz his writing is almost the same as what im thinking hahaha...

"hi i would to share with you all my honest review...

for me overall the drift scene and action is great..their definitely raised up the bar from the previous movie

though the director seem to overlook about the detailing
ex:
-the r34 and the jza70 entered a big drift "competition"...but why both the cars got no rollcage,no sabelt and still using the stock seat?
-the shooting scene..i spotted if on the police car the window is cracked or shattered,but on the drifter vehicles..none hehe
- more blood!! u shoot the fella on the head,but the amount of blood coming out...like been bite by a mosquito..hehe

as for the movie plot and the cast..still need more work on that...
ex:
-it get annoying every time the villian repeatedly saying when we gonna get the good guy...how long more must we wait...in some scene
-the lame love scene after been chased by the police and villain...haha i swear almost everyone in the cinema was like "Hek ELeh!!jiwang la pulak"(wtf! a love scene)
- the heroin was crying, but it kinda look like she was trying to hold her self from laughing..hahaha
- i really enjoyed watching the 2 villain Aaron Aziz (Joe) and Shaheizy Sam (Ary) coz of their funny chinese "slang"(dialect) haha..really help the movie alot...their were dead serious in the movie but the audiences just keep on laughing every time they open their mouth..farny la hahaha
- there is no ending of the movie..EKLD3 perhaps?
-if the hero was someone else,i think this movie would be better.

so that just about what that i think of what could be better in the movie...sorry if u didnt like what i write...just my point of view..its a good movie,go watch it and get a good laugh..kudos to director,producer,drifters of EKLD2...lets hope they manage to get rm6million if we ever wanna EKLD3"

KL Drift 2 : the carnival

in conjunction with the upcoming "KL Drift 2", there have been a carnival held at Dataran Merdeka last Saturday as part of promotion act to the movie..since my new home is so near to the place,i decided to check it out...

in cinema 25 mac 2010...will give my full review about this movie after i watch it...

the carnival consist of autoshow, performance parts booth, the casts of the movie, and drift demo by the pro drifters

Wangan Midnight The Movie..

i seen it last week...to tell u the truth,im really disappointed..just like initial D the movie..why cant they make a good remake movie from the anime..plz stop casting handsome guys just to sell out the movie..btw here is some fact between the anime version and the movie one..

Akio Asakura - Drive a Nissan Fairlady Z31,not a Z32 before he bought the S30z
Reina Akikawa - Drive a White Skyline R32 GTR, not a Riced Red R34 GTR
Kitami Jun - The tuner from hell,who rebuild the devil Z wasn't in the movie..so does the other tuner
Yoshiaki Ishida - Drive a White Ferrari Testarossa..not a yellow one
Ko-chan - Drive a Rx7 FC not FD in the movie..

for god sake,don't tell me u cant find that exact model in Japan??!!

The worst of them all in this movie is the wheel fitment on the S30z...the rim is watanabe all right,but urgh...

u see!!...
beside it is a deep dish set of watanabe...why not used it!!no...the director wanna used the pussy type of width and positive offset rim...duh!!also another thing that i noticed,during the last crash scene of the Z,they burned a car which is not a S30z....hahaha u can even spot a different kind of rim.the only thing that they do right is the Porsche and casting the cute Ryoko Kobayashi to play Eriko Asakura hahahaha..overall in the movie,the S30z seem to be over shadowed by its rival the Blackbird..we will see how the second movie will do..
